[Faith tosses her one of a wooden practice staff, the moment she walks through the door - as much a test of the woman's reflexes as anything else; she won't fight the woman hand to hand - she's not good enough at holding back, and she's pretty sure she'll break something on the girl; at least with staffs... the only worry's if it snaps.
